HW are currently mandated to search for senior executives across Europe , Middle East , Brazil , Mexico as well as currently managing 12 retained search assignments across the breadth of the USA, Primarily these roles are for global consumer clients and reflect the strength and breadth of our research and delivery capability.

Strong demand for emerging CFO talent

HW group have seen a marked increase in the demand for executive finance talent. This is across both retail and financial services sector. As a result of merger and acquisition activity both within the UK and Europe our clients are looking to hire to manage growth. We would anticipate this trend continuing with more deals in the pipeline. Roles include CFO/ divisional finance directors and director of group finance. HW have a strong track record in this sector and are always keen to hear from emerging and experienced finance professionals.

New additions to the HW Research team

In the last month HW has welcomed 3 new researchers across the Leeds and Manchester offices to support the ongoing demand of client requirements across global markets.

Bev Ewing has joined the team as a Principal Researcher operating at Director level across multiple disciplines. Bev brings a wealth of commercial expertise gained in senior HR and Resourcing positions where she has delivered innovative business and people strategies.

Carmel Bell has come in to the busy Interim practice as a Principal Researcher to support the ongoing relationships across the HW talent pool. Carmel comes from a background in tax and reward before stepping in to executive search 3 years ago.

Joanna Riley is now the newest research member of the Consumer team and joins at a time of extensive growth across international geographies. Joanna has a rich background across academia, training, consultancy and research and in the last few years has led assignments at Executive, Non-Executive and CEO level.
